Simba's arrived and he's a stunner! A bit tired after his long journey, but a bath and a meal soon revived his spirits and at the moment he's busy exploring! You have been such a lovely companion to us in our jouney to getting Simba across to us, we are ever so thankful and grateful to you for all you have done. We will be highly recommending Transpet services to any of our friends who bring pups in from Australia.

Hi Lesley,

I just wanted to write a huge thank you to you and all the staff at Transpet who have taken such good care of Alfie. 

He arrived in Dublin on Friday afternoon and has settled into his new home very well – still up to his old tricks.

My new housemates can't get over how big he is ... and also how good natured he is. His appetite is as healthy as ever!

Dear Lesley,

Just to let you know that Simba arrived safely & is happily lying at my feet as I type this.

We managed to get him through customs in about 1.5 hours from the time the flight landed – my husband stood around politely hassling them to finish the paper work & I lobbied the Agriculture & fisheries department to stay open after 7pm – which they did until the paper work was done at 7.10pm & they bought Simba to us. After giving his crate a good clean & him a big cuddle we bought him home 40 minutes later to a nice warm bubble bath & some supper !!!

He is adorable – thanks for everything you did at Transpet to ensure a safe & smooth experience – without hiccup!

It feels like he is already very much part of the family so please say thanks to everyone who looked after him in Sydney.
